Class Timetable

To maintain the quality of teaching and to stay within safeguarding regulations, there are limited spaces available for under 8's within the Diddy Dragon and Karate classes. For this reason, we are temporarily unable to accept anymore under 8's on a Saturday morning.

Please make sure to book and pay in advance to secure your place!

When attending the lesson:

• Make sure each participant has completed our Health Questionnaire before arrival - this is essential and you will not be allowed to participate if it is not done, but will still be charged.

• Bring a bottle of water and wear suitable clothing (there is a risk of tears and stretching as a result of training). Please remember to also bring any relevant medication that you may require i.e. Inhaler or EpiPen. 

• Please note that due to the nature of Martial Arts that there is some risk of injury involved and that this will be kept to a minimum, however, this does involve the cooperation and focus of our participants. Anyone deemed unable to follow instructions and who endangers anyone else will be asked to sit out or leave.

• Any equipment used will be provided (with the exception of Gi's for Karate), but you are welcome to bring your own if you wish. However, we will not take responsibility for any loss or damage.

• If you are early, please wait inside of the canteen. You are welcome to check the hall to see if I am there, but Kendrick School have requested that you do not stay there or loiter just outside of the Sports Hall as it is only a small space.

• Parents/guardians are welcome to sit in on the sessions that their children are participating in, but we do ask that noise is kept to a low chatter and any children are kept away from the class as to prevent any interruptions or injuries. 

• Parents / Guardians, please make sure to arrive at least 5 minutes before the end of your child's final class. This is so that you can receive any messages, and be ready to collect and assist with shoes etc. as we have to vacate the hall immediately.

• We have tried give ourselves enough time before and after each class to answer any of your questions, so please use this if you need to speak to one of the instructors. Alternatively, you can reach out at any time on WhatsApp or Text (0750 333 6773), and I will get to you as soon as possible.
