My aim is to empower everyone who walks through our doors. I do this through education focused training to nurture confidence, self discipline, and respect, all while developing the physical requirements that allow you to perform at your best, or protect yourself as best as possible.
I believe that everyone has the right to feel empowered; that limitations are mere hurdles, and that you are capable of doing whatever you set your mind to. My goal is to inspire and lead our Martial Artists, to provide them with the tools to better themselves and protect that dream.
I nurture a fight in those I mentor. A fight for non-violence. A fight to thrive. A fight that ignites in their very being to protect what they cherish and be the best that they can be.

Our junior class, dedicated to inspiring budding martial artists through pad-work and games; all designed to develop essential movements and coordination in a safe and exciting environment to give them the best start in their journey through martial arts.
Ages 5 & 6
We teach practical self defence, not the flamboyant or stylised techniques of Hollywood. Implementing our experience in both traditional and modern arts, we have selected easy to remember and effective techniques to teach you how to better defend yourself, and better still, deter it all together.
Ages 10+
Whether you want to develop your techniques, or build your fitness, boxing is a great calories burner, as well as an excellent way to build power, and feel powerful!
This is the ultimate empowerment! Maximise your power output through carefully constructed and personalised training sessions. With James, we will enhance your capabilities to make your performance even more athletic, whether this is for amateur sport, or to thrive in the feeling of being empowered.
Martial Arts are not our only specialism. James is a Mobility and Stability specialist PT. He focuses on muscle engagement and improving your overall movements to create a physique that handles day to day exertions and minimises the risk of injury.
